We're always listening to what you need, and as a result, we have changed our pet policy.
As part of our ongoing commitment to resident needs, we've updated our pet policy to allow for larger dogs, so even more people and pets can find a home at Avenue Living Communities.
The Details:
- We allow up to three pets per household.
- All potential residents with dogs must undertake a pet interview at the time of viewing.
- Current residents who wish to own a dog must also undertake a pet interview before new pets are accepted in the property and your home.
- Residents with pets are subject to a $25.00 monthly pet fee per pet.
- Residents with pets are subject to a one-time $200.00 non-refundable pet fee.
