Yes, we allow a maximum of two pets per household with a monthly fee of $30 per pet. A non-refundable pet fee is required based on weight. All prospective residents with pets are required to participate in a pet interview, during which more will be provided at the time of the viewing. As a resident of The SunRise, you’ll have exclusive access to a pet grooming station in the building so you can skip the doggy spa and care for your pet’s hygiene at home.

Your monthly rent is due on the first day of the calendar month. You have a few different options for paying your rent, including Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) taken directly from your bank account, pre-authorized credit card and pre-authorized debit card, post-dated cheque or money order made payable to "Avenue Living,”. The mall is home to major retailers like Winners, HomeSense, Walmart, and Dollarama. There are also many other specialty stores in the area, including the Rexall just across the street, several other pharmacies nearby, the 99 Supermarket, and the Edmonton Downtown Farmer’s Market.
