A month (and beyond) of Living with Pride

To show our Duty of Care for inclusivity and diversity, we are celebrating Pride Month! A time where we can recognize all our beautiful residents and employees who are part of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community, while also being supportive allies.
What is Pride Month?
Pride month is a time to celebrate 2SLGBTQIA+ communities and raise awareness of current issues facing the community to create change. From June 1 - 30, 2022, we will be raising funds for Egale - Canada’s leading organization for the 2SLGBTQIA+ community that strives for a world without homophobia, biphobia, transphobia and all other forms of oppression so that everyone can achieve their full potential, free from hatred and bias.
How to make an impact
To start, we're raising funds for Egale, and want YOU to help us make a bigger impact by also donating throughout the month.
In order to maximize the amount of change and show our direct support, Avenue Living Communities will be matching every dollar donated, up to $5,000.

Donations will be matched at the end of the month. As a plus, you can also get a tax receipt for your contribution through the Canada Helps website.
