At Avenue Living, we believe in strengthening the communities we serve. That’s why we launched our Employer-Supported Volunteerism (ESV) program — an initiative designed to encourage our employees to give back and foster deeper connections with our communities.
Through ESV, our team members were able to engage in meaningful volunteer opportunities across three key social impact pillars:

- Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
From donating blood to Canadian Blood Services to organizing community clean-ups and supporting local drop-in centers, our employees are making a real difference.
Each volunteer opportunity not only benefits the community but also strengthens teamwork, professional growth, and a shared sense of purpose among our employees. Many team members have shared how volunteering has helped them grow personally and professionally, affirming our belief that giving back enriches both our work and our lives.
