My husband and I have been living in one of avenue livings's one bedroom apartments since December 2011.  The staff is always so friendly and compliant with any requests we may have.  We have no plans to change our living arrangements in the near future.  We feel it is a great place to live in.

We have been treated well and the good people of avenue living for taking care of our apartment over the years and we appreciate everything done for us 

I have been living with Avenue Living for a Year now and have been very happy. Anytime I have had questions the sales staff has been able to give friendly, courteous, informative answers. The facilities staff have been wonderful.  The lady who cleans our building does a great job; the hallways are clean and smell fresh. Outside the gentleman in charge of snow removal does a good job. I have had a number of issues with the apartment it's self.  I have had to ask for electrical plugs to be fixed, there was a leak in the apartment above me that dripped into my unit, and we have had the boiler that supplies heat to the building break.  All of these incidents were fixed quickly and professionally. I am in the process of looking for a bigger unit to rent from Avenue Living as my family seems to be growing and I look forward to many more happy years with them.

As a senior, I do enjoy many conveniences.  The building has security, ensuite washer & dryer, and easy accessibility to stairs and restaurants.  My apartment is quiet and neighbours look out for each other.  I am very comfortable here.

My husband and I are fortunate to enjoy avenue living's safe, clean, carefree and centrally located environment.  My needs are quickly met by their friendly and courteous staff.
