Avenue Living community is an excellent community for staying with family. Initially, I felt that it would be difficult time for me and my family to move in to this community but it was totally safe, secured, easy and hassle free way that I have moved with my family. I am able to secure my children's school nearby to the community through Calgary School Board registration. Sunridge mall is close by for any of my personal requirements for immediate purchase. In a nutshell, Avenue Living community is the best place that I can suggest for a pleasant stay with a family.

I recently moved with Avenue living . The building is clean, quiet, and well-maintained, and the move-in process was smooth from start to finish. A special shout-out to Arun Koshy, who went above and beyond to help me during my move-in. He was friendly, professional, and incredibly supportive throughout the whole process. His help made everything so much easier and stress-free. Overall, I recommend Avenue living to any one.

We moved to 20 Kingsland Close, SE, from Ontario last May. We were so happy when we arrived that our unit was absolutely perfect. We love living here with the wonderful amenities of a washer, dryer and dishwasher. Our property manager Laurie, has been very instrumental in getting us settled and making sure everything we need is attended to. We’re on the first floor and enjoy a patio and beautiful sunsets. Our grandkids enjoy the park across from our building and we can take quiet walks along the trail behind the building. Everything about Skyline Living has reinforced our love of Airdrie and how pleased we are to live here. Thank you to everyone who has helped us get settled in our new home.

I have lived here since 2015 and have had an amazing time, the management and maintenance staff are extremely helpful and are always quick to sort out issues before they become major problems!

I'm genuinely impressed with the house; it's impeccably neat and clean. Additionally, it offers ample storage space, surpassing my expectations. The room sizes are larger than I anticipated, adding to the overall satisfaction of my stay. Amanda, the leasing agent, has been exceptionally cooperative and has greatly contributed to my positive experience here. I truly appreciate it!

I recently had an issue with my fridge at Royal Oak Avenue Living, and the maintenance team was fantastic! Two team members arrived promptly, replaced the fridge with a new one, and did an excellent job. They were polite, professional, and communicated effectively throughout. I'm so impressed with the service and care provided by the team. It's great to see such dedication to resident satisfaction. My friend and I moved to this location a couple of months ago. We love the place, the neighbors, and the whole environment. I'm glad that I got a generous property manager, Sahibpreet . We contacted him a week before our old lease expired. He knew what we wanted, and all in all, the new lease was finalized within a few hours of us contacting him.

I've been living here for 5 months, and I really like it. The apartment is beautiful and in good conditions, it is quiet and private, it really feels like home. Location is convenient and near to basically everything. Carrie and property management staff is friendly and supportive. I highly recommend Avenue Living
